Examples of processing include data collection, recording, storage, etc.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Data controller:<\/strong>designates any individual or legal entity that alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Subcontractor<\/strong>refers to any natural or legal person who processes personal data solely on documented instructions from the data controller and on behalf of the latter.
