An aluminium foundry attentive to your projects
Since 1950, our aluminium foundry, located just 10 km from Lyon, has been serving professionals in the region. Today, it is a team of 30 specialized technicians capable of responding quickly to your request while adapting to the specific requirements of your field of activity.
In addition to our various manufacturing processes, we have production equipment that allows us to maintain control over each of our productions, which are themselves verified by our control equipment. We master our production chain from the design office to the delivery of the parts to our customers.

Our simulation software to verify the reliability of your project
Thanks to this tool, you will have all the necessary information about:
- The costs related to the manufacturing of raw parts,
- The reliability of the project and the process that corresponds to it best,
- The manufacturing lead time at our aluminium foundry.
Following this simulation, you will have the opportunity to assess the reliability of the work by sending a model or initial molded parts obtained through a 3D printer. Each piece is meticulously checked before any shipment.
We collaborate with local partners for the production of prototypes and special parts for everything related to sand molding manufacturing using 3D printer technology.

The alloys used in our aluminium foundry
Our first fusion titanium alloys allow us to achieve excellent results in terms of quality and mechanical resistance.
- AlSi7: 40000 aluminium-silicon (AS)
- AlCu 4 : 20000 aluminium-copper (AU)
- AlZn10: 70000 aluminium-zinc (AZ)
These alloys all exhibit good mechanical properties to provide you with a quality final product.
The processes used in our aluminium foundry
Prototypes – small series – medium series
Aluminium parts, with or without cores, cast by ladle on a horizontal automatic impact site in green sand. Chemical setting sand and shell molding.
The technical characteristics of our automatic molding site:
- Up to 25 molds per hour,
- Combining the clichés to optimize molding,
- Maximum dimensions of molding frames: 1,000 x 700 x height 2 x 250 mm
- Automatic green sand site,
- From 100 g up to 30 kg.
